Cancellation Policy + Late Arrivals

About Face Wellness & Medical Spa requires that a 24 hour notice be given to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

*For all services that are 30 min or longer or any appointment for cosmetic injectables, we require that a valid credit card number be given in order to make the appointment. If you fail to give 24 hours notice to cancel the appointment, the credit card will be charged a fee.

1st time: Complimentary | 2nd time and more: $50

Appointments with our Cosmetic Injector:

1st time: $50 | 2nd time and more $100

At the time of your first no show or same day cancellation, we require that a valid credit card number be given in order to make any other appointments. We will not charge your card unless you fail to give us 24 hours notice again.

All Saturday appointments that are 30 mins or longer require a valid credit card to be held, and if 24 hours notice isn’t given to reschedule or cancel there is a $50 fee.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to to complete all necessary consent forms prior to your services. We value our clients time as well as our staff. These policies are put in place to assure every client is given the attention and care they deserve.

Check-In

We ask for clientele to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow themselves time to enjoy complimentary refreshments in our waiting area along with completing all necessary consent forms prior to their service.

Payment Methods

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. CareCredit and Cherry (buy now, pay later) is available. Checks are not accepted.


Return Policies

All spa services and gift certificates are non-refundable. Unopened skincare products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase date. Values on services can be redeemed for other services if applicable.
